HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT OUT ?
We post out all parcels within 48 hours of you placing your order and your payment
clearing in PayPal. (excluding any public holidays and weekends).
Please make sure your address details are correct as we cannot change
or alter an address once your order has been paid for.
HOW FAST WILL THE POST BE ?
Makeupnet currently use Australia Post eParcel (road freight)
and Express Post services for all parcels.
* Please note when purchasing the Makeup Artist Chair (or any similar large bulk item) or any product that is a dangerous good, eg nail polish - these will be sent eParcel (road freight) *
Please refer to Australia Post for your post code so you know how long your
postage may take to your Zone from Melbourne (our postcode 3033).

Australia Post eParcel (road freight) time frames advisement -
Within Victoria
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Sending interstate:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office
Australia Post Express post time frames -
Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only)
and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to
and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network,
Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be
covered by their next day guarantee.
RETURNED PARCELS TO MAKEUPNET
Please note - Australia Post charges Makeupnet whenever an item is sent back to us
due to the below listed scenarios, which is a charge incurred by the customer.
If you want the item resent, Makeupnet would need to bill you for the returned postage charges,
or the return to sender postage cost would be deducted from any amount refunded,
if you choose to not have the item resent out to you.
Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for following reasons below :
1. You supplied the wrong address on your order
2. You did not collect the parcel from the Post Office by their due date
(after Australia Post attempts delivery prior).
Where the product is faulty, postage charges are reimbursed by Makeupnet once
product is inspected and deemed faulty.

PayPal offers customers the ability to obtain free postage on returns (for approved returns by Makeupnet prior), please go to this link to read up further on this.  Conditions apply with PayPal, and also Makeupnet, so please contact PayPal for return postage options AFTER you have communicated with Makeupnet on the return of faulty items.

DOES MAKEUPNET SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
New Zealand - YES!
To ship to New Zealand for the following postage costs :
Standard postage fee (with no tracking) is $10.95 AUD
Standard postage fee (with tracking) is $25.00 AUD
Please note if selecting no tracking postage option for New Zealand this means there is no way to locate the parcels whereabouts at any stage in time.
Once your parcel leaves Australia, Makeupnet would accept no responsbility for parcels lost of not delivered.
DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

PRODUCT IMAGES / SWATCHES
Makeupnet use the manufacturers professional product images and swatches
where ever possible.  
Makeupnet recommend you consider your own skin tone when selecting shades and
remember that the manufacturers picture may look a little different on your screen
to the finished product.   With online ordering, we are unable to provide shade
recommendations for skin colour.
Please consider your shade selection carefully as Makeupnet do not refund
products for change of mind (including wrong colour selection)
CAN I EXCHANGE PRODUCTS AFTER I RECEIVE THEM ?
Makeupnet does not accept returns on any unsealed or used items as they cannot
be resold once they have left our warehouse.
If you have an online order item that has not been touched / opened from its
original sealed packaging and you wish to return it, please email us with information,
and photos of the products within 30 days to [email protected]  
* Any lip products that don't have vacuum sealing plastic on packaging
cannot be returned for health and safety reasons *
It will be at the discretion of Makeupnet Customer Service upon inspecting items
returned, if they are deemed unsused, unswatched and and unopened,
and qualify for credit.  All postage costs belong to the customer in these scenarios.
Makeupnet will not offer refunds on any returns in this scenario - credit will be given.
All returns need to be sent back in the original packaging you received your order in.
Products must also be wrapped up in same protective packaging for protecting the products.
Makeupnet has a 100% authenticity guarantee on all purchases.

WHAT IF I BELIEVE MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY ?
All faulty goods are returnable and refundable once they are deemed faulty by Makeupnet. 
All returns must be notified within 30 days of date of purchase.

us for review.  If the item is deemed faulty we will refund you your money and postage costs.
