We hope to cover off most of the questions you may have about buying from Makeupnet here in our Frequently Asked Questions page.

How long will it take for my order to be sent out?

We post out all parcels within 48 hours of you placing your order and your payment clearing in Pay Pal. (excluding weekends) Please make sure your address details are correct as we cannot change an adress once your order has been paid for and checked out.

 

How fast will the post be?

Makeupnet use Express Post for all parcels – except when you are buying nail polish or our MUA Chairs.  Please refer to Australia Post for your post code so you know how long Express Post takes to your Zone from Melbourne

Returned Parcels:

If your parcel is returned to us for the following reasons:

  • you supplied the wrong address details when placing the order
  • you did not collect the parcel from the post office after Aussie post attempted a delivery

We will bill you a flat $20.00 via Pay Pal if you request us to send that parcel back out to you.  Please know that Aussie post charge a fee of $10.00 to return all uncollected or missaddressed parcels to our warehouse.

 

Do Makeupnet ship internationally?

Yes we do and we charge a rate of $25.00

 

Product Swatches

Makeupnet use the manufacturers professional product images and swatches where ever possible.   Makeupnet recommend you consider your own skin tone when selecting shades and remember that the manufacturers picture may look a little different on your screen to the finished product.   

Consider your shade selection carefully as Makeupnet do NOT refund products for change of mind.

 

Can I exchange my products after I receive them?

No – Makeupnet do not accept returns on items as they cannot be resold once they have left our warehouse or our store.

 

What if I believe my product is faulty?

All faulty goods are returnable and refundable once they are deemed faulty by Makeupnet.  All returns must be notified within 7 days of purchase.  

ONLINE PURCHASES : Please email us at info@makeupnet.com.au with photos of the item and let us know what it wrong with the item.  We will then arrange for you to send the product back to us for review.  If the item is deemed faulty we will refund you your money and postage costs.

INSTORE PURCHASES ( faulty)- please take your product and receipt to the store for review.  All returns to the store MUST be accompanied by a purchase receipt.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.   

Can I call someone to talk about my online order?

No, our online ordering process does not have a phone  number to call, please email info@makeupnet.com.au and the team will get back to you within 48 business hours.  ( our team do not work on the weekends) 

 

Can I talk to the shop in Moonee Ponds about my online order?

No, our team at the store do not have access to any information about online orders so they cannot help at all.  Please email info@makeupnet.com.au

 

Do Makeupnet offer a Makeup Artist Discount?

Makeupnet do not offer an official discount program instore or online as our pricing has been kept as low as possible to ensure a fair deal for all our customers.  

We are looking at ways to reward all of our loyal customers so watch Instagram for all announcements.
